Now that it's been 8 days of confinement, I'm wondering what you all are doing and what you think / know about what's going on with the swine flu. There are a lot of theories going around.
It would be really great if those in the health professions could also give their point of view.
For my part, I've been at home mostly. In fact I was sick for a few days with some flu-like symptoms, but as I never had a fever and now I feel fine, I've haven't done anything except stay at home and rest. It's been very good for me!!
For me, it's hard to tell what is happening with the flu. The official reports are now making it sound like it's not such a big deal. But I've heard other non-official reports (in other words, rumours) that say it is much worse and that many people are dying.
So if the H1N1 flu is not as bad as it first seemed, why are we still being told to stay inside our house? And why have so many people died?? And why doesn't the Health Minister use a surgical mask to cover his face??
What do you think? What are you doing?
Hi, at first I was somewhat worried but now I think this doesn't help very much. I've stayed confined at home but I always do so in holidays. I've been reading the news and the site hosted by the UNAM about the swine (or human) flu, and it seems difficult to guess what's going to happen because they say virus change very frequently and may become innocuous or even more dangerous. Anyway I think it's good to be reasonably careful...
ReplyDeleteLet's hope this is not as bad as we may fear... Bye!!

First I think there are more dead people that they said but others time I think is a trick from the goverment to make panic in the people, all the rules they said we must take are good for nothing.
